Wonderful experience in a poor situation. AC went out and warranty company located Same Day Air who was able to come out quickly. They were extremely communicative, were on time or early for each appointment, worked with payment options and extremely friendly. They installed today and the appointment was scheduled at noon but they had said if they could come early they would; they arrived at 8am. The techs were very nice, cleaned up after they were done working and very professional. The office verified appointments, followed up and sent the finance guy out. Each interaction was very professional, friendly and got our system working great. Made a difficult situation bearable and am very thankful for the up front, honest and professional service! We ended up dealing directly with them instead of through the warranty company because they would have caused delays and we were very comfortable with how up front and honest this company was. I don’t take writing reviews lightly and can say from experience that it’s hard to find people in the trades business who are honest and customer minded.
Jon came out to look at our home because there were a few room that we not getting very much air. He jumped in the attic and looked around. I jumped up
with him after asking him if he was comfortable with that and he talked though with me what was going on. After he wrote out a report and told me what our issues were. He gave me realistic time frames and some options if I couldn’t wait the amount of time that my home warranty company was going to take to respond. I asked him a bunch of questions and he patiently and in an informative way answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable, honest put me and my family first. I will from now on always use and recommend them.

my AC broke in July; Same Day Air Repair came out and fixed my blower. They were efficient and professional. Because of that experience, and their knowledge, I just reached out to them to install a new AC unit.
They gave me (3) options and reviewed each so I understand fully what they all offered, which helped me easily make the right decision for my home.
